Hand written letters and the style in which they are written. It an older way of communicating that kids really don't experience. There are more and more kids who have never help an actual photograph. When I told my 14 year old boy I had undeveloped rolls of film, his eyes lit up like I'd just told him I found a treasure chest. I have pictures, but not as many as I should have. Divorce and homelessness and every movie and all but a couple dozen pictures remain. Both ex wives made deliberate very successful attempts to destroy that stuff. My letters and Christmas cards, birthday cards, you name it. Awards, everything. Everything.

My prize possessions are hand written, hand made, things passed down. I don't have any of that stuff. My game uniforms would get stolen so I couldn't play until I bought another. Constant torment.

I do have a tiny amount of stuff from the last 10 years, but not alot. I anticipate someone getting to that stuff eventually. It's a really good way to hurt someone.

It makes me think back to times that were better, more personable.

I'll get through the rest and maybe comment along the way. There's alot there. It's hard for me to stay focussed when I am really reading long stories or books especially. I can't stay focussed for long. It stirs alot of my emotions.Smoothtooperatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07901523276177195419noreply@blogger.com
