Here's the view through my window yesterday, as the USS Abraham Lincoln (the site of the "Mission Accomplished" speech) returns home from duty. Navy tugs were firing their water cannons in salute, sailors were lined along the entire deck in their dress blues. It's an impressive sight. Welcome home!
And as long as we're looking out my window, here's a sunset that dazzled us a week or two ago:
