1: Eliminate the whole friggin Air Force!!!!!!!!!! Seriously, what do they do that the Navy/Marines can't do a billion times better/cooler? The Navy's got Jet Fighters/Nukes/Pilots/Gay Administrative Flunkies, just simple Duplication, like how Chevrolet/Pontiac/Oldsmobile/Buick all had there own versions of the same car.
