On A Happier Note...



I love this time of year. As you approach the house, the above is what you see. It looks a lot better in real life. On the other side of the house is a rhodie about fifteen feet tall, lush as lips.

  1. The real question is why are you taking pictures of plants when you could taking pics of all the fish you caught out on that water?

  2. So beautiful! Hope to someday see your corner of the country. Here in mine, NE US, we had an unseasonably early warm stretch in March, too long for the plants to resist budding. Then unseasonable cold with repeated freezes. Thus, we lost a lot of blossoms in our yard (and farmers' their orchards). Hope for a return to more consistent temps next year...but not holding my breath. Thanks for sharing the pics!
